Michael has over 35 years experience in business and IT holding executive roles. He served as Executive Vice-President for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region at EDS, and Group Executive for Business and Technology Solutions and Services at Westpac Banking Corporation. Michael was also Chief Information Officer of the National Australia Bank, leading all IT activities in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Britain and the US. Michael is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

He also led the design and implementation of a budget system for the $5B budget of the department. Charles previously operated a consulting business managing IT projects using onshore and offshore resources for small to medium enterprises. Charles holds an EMBA from the Australia Graduate School of Management, a Master of Computer Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, China.

Mike Pratt, a seasoned leader in both public administration and the financial sector, has transitioned to a significant role in the private sector as a Non-Executive Director of Rich Data Co, following an illustrious career in public service. Serving as the 27th Secretary of the NSW Treasury & NSW Industrial Relations from August 1, 2017, to January 28, 2022, Michael oversaw the strategic management of New South Wales' finances, including its budget, assets, liabilities, and the financial risk management framework, alongside transformation initiatives. His leadership spanned across various entities within the Treasury Cluster, including NSW Treasury Corporation, NSW Industrial Relations, NSW Long Service Corporation, icare (Insurance & Care NSW), and SAS Trustee Corporation. Michael's tenure as Secretary was marked by a comprehensive and strategic oversight of the state's fiscal management and policy.

Before his role at the Treasury, Mike was the NSW Customer Service Commissioner, where he transformed government service delivery through the creation of Service NSW, centering on the needs and experiences of the people of NSW. His career in the financial sector is equally distinguished, having held executive roles across major banking institutions including the Regional Head of Consumer & SME Banking for North East Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, and CEO positions at National Australia Bank in Australia, Bank of New Zealand, and Bank of Melbourne. Mike's contributions to the field of banking and finance were recognized when he was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2016 and further honored with an Honorary Doctorate of Letters from Western Sydney University in 2018. As he embarks on a portfolio career, Mike continues to lend his expertise and vision to the evolution of finance and public service.

She also spent 10 years in an Australian publicly-listed medical and health supplements group with operations across Asia and Australia, holding the role of General Manager in charge of its Singapore, China, and Indonesia business units. Lai Mei has a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since 1997.

Hendra has over 20 years’ experience in data science, big data, business intelligence, and data warehousing. Prior to joining RDC, he was a Lead Data Scientist at KPMG and advised the firm’s clients globally in relation to data science and big data projects. Dr Hendra’s experience spans across data architecture, data science and data engineering, managing and designing end-to-end data analytics solutions within an Agile continuous delivery DevOps framework. He has worked in leading organisations including Westpac Bank, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Veda, Bupa, HCF and Vodafone. He has in-depth expertise in various domain verticals including telecommunication, banking, fraud, risk, marketing, and insurance. Hendra completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and has further experience as a postdoctoral researcher in machine learning.

Christine's profound expertise in financial services encompasses a broad spectrum, from lending operations and risk management to audit processes. Her illustrious career commenced on the lender side with Bank of America, which laid the foundational stones of her profound industry knowledge and expertise. Progressing through her career, Christine made a significant impact on the vendor side with Experian, where she continued to hone her skills and contribute to the transformation of financial services through innovative and ethical use of data.

A fervent advocate for the ethical application of data and statistics, Christine’s passion is rooted in leveraging these powerful tools to glean insights and guide businesses toward making informed, optimal decisions. Her commitment to quality and process improvement is not just a professional principle but a driving force that shapes every project and initiative she leads.
