RDC.AI Platform v12.0.0 is here, and agents are its main theme. RDC.AI Cowork opens in early access for select customers. Genesis Genie moves to a new engine, and Genesis Studio, where Genie works, gets a newer Python runtime.

RDC.AI Cowork lets you hand over a whole task as well as ask a question. An agent plans the work, uses the tools and knowledge it needs and returns a finished result, with every figure traceable to its source.
Example
A credit analyst asks how the C&I Manufacturing book is tracking and which borrowers deserve a closer look.
The agent plans the work and reads the relevant policy. It comes back with a written answer and a prioritised worklist, and shows whether the deterioration is concentrated in a few borrowers or spread across the book.
The first release includes the following.
Self-Describing Transcript
Each response shows the tools invoked, the skills used, the elapsed time and any artifacts generated. Session Transcripts keep a read-only record of the prompts, responses, reasoning and skills used in every conversation, so a reviewer can follow how an answer was reached.
Skills
Your experts write the method an agent follows in plain Markdown. Skills are validated and versioned, and each change is recorded with a commit message.
Stories
A Story saves a sequence of prompts, so a recurring review runs with one click. A progress bar shows where it is, and it can be stopped at any point.
Knowledge
Policies go in as Markdown or PDF files, organised with groups and tags. Only documents marked Active are used in answers, and the agent cites the one it relied on.
Personas
Each role has its own skills, Stories, tested starting prompts and chat history, so an executive and a frontline banker see different things on one platform.
Access and approvals
Data access follows each user's attributes and is enforced in the tool layer. Actions that change data wait for an explicit approval.

Genesis Genie
Genesis Genie is the AI assistant that sits beside model developers in Genesis Studio and helps them write and debug code. It can support newly released foundation models through its own updates, without waiting for a platform release. It already works with Claude Sonnet 5 and Opus 5 on Amazon Bedrock. Chat history and theme are kept between sessions, so a developer who returns to a project finds the earlier conversation where they left it.
Genesis Studio
Genesis Studio is the workspace Genie works in.
- Python 3.14. New work runs on Python 3.14. Existing clients can keep working in Python 3.11 with Genesis Studio Classic, and the two editions run side by side as separate launches.
- Saved workspaces and more users. Each edition keeps its own saved workspace, and Genesis Studio supports more concurrent users.
